Privacy & Cookie notice
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This is an early-interest landing page for an upcoming product, vlyce. It has two parts: anonymous analytics to see how the page is used, and a signup form to register your interest. This notice explains, service by service, exactly what each one does and what — if anything — it stores on your device.
Our guiding principle: an anonymous visitor who only looks at the page gets nothing stored on their device. Storage only happens after you actively consent by ticking the box on the signup form.
1. The services we use
Click any service to see exactly what it does and what it stores.
PostHog Analytics
PostHog measures how visitors move through the page — how many people view it, click a package button, and complete the form. This is how we gauge whether there's real interest in the product.
For anonymous visitors it runs in a cookieless mode: your activity is held only in your browser's memory for the duration of the page view and nothing is written to your device. You are not identified. Only if you consent and submit the form does PostHog set a first-party cookie to link your signup to your email (see the table in section 2).
Session recording is switched off. PostHog acts as our data processor. PostHog privacy policy.
Web3Forms Form delivery
When you submit the signup form, Web3Forms receives it and delivers it to us by email on our behalf. It processes your email address and the form details you sent.
It does not set any cookie or storage on your device. Web3Forms privacy policy.
GeoJS Approximate country
At the moment you submit the form, GeoJS derives your approximate country from your IP address, so we can see which regions are interested.
We do not store your IP address, and this lookup only happens after you tick the consent box and submit. It sets no cookie on your device.
2. What is stored on your device
The table below is the complete inventory of cookies and local storage this site uses. Any item whose justification says it is set only after you consent & submit is never created for anonymous visitors.
| Cookie Name | Vendor | Duration | Justification | Third-Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
stm_variant |
vlyce | Until destroyed | Remembers which pricing version you were shown so the page stays consistent if you return. Functional only, stored in local storage on page load — not used to track you. | No |
ph_…_posthog |
PostHog | 12 Months | Analytics identifier that links your signup to your email so we don't double-count you. Set only after you consent and submit the form. | Yes |
3. What can I do if I don't accept cookies?
You can browse the whole page freely without accepting anything — no cookie or analytics identifier is stored on your device unless you choose to sign up. If you simply don't submit the form, the ph_…_posthog cookie is never created. You can also clear the stm_variant item, block storage for this site in your browser settings, or use private/incognito mode — the page will still work.
4. What we collect when you sign up
If you tick the consent box and submit the form, we collect:
- Your email address;
- Which version of the offer you saw and which package you clicked;
- Your approximate country (see the GeoJS service in section 1).
We use this for one purpose only: to gauge interest and email you about the beta. We take no payment on this page and collect no card details.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — just reply to any email we send, or contact us below. Our processors are PostHog (analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery) and GeoJS (approximate country); we do not sell or share your data beyond them.
Legal basis (GDPR): we rely on two different bases for two different things:
- Anonymous analytics (cookieless): our legitimate interest in measuring how the page is used, without storing anything on your device or identifying you. You can object to this at any time by contacting us.
- Your signup — email, approximate country and the analytics cookie: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
